Our team is seeking an accomplished Regional People Partner who will play a pivotal role in driving regional growth and employee engagement. As the go-to HR partner, you will foster strong relationships with regional teams, addressing challenges head-on and providing actionable support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster Regional Partnerships: Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with regional teams, staying attuned to their needs and concerns.
- Culture Building & Grievance Handling: Uphold Porter's values by ensuring a positive work environment, handling employee grievances with empathy and urgency.
- Performance Development: Drive performance management conversations with managers, identifying areas for improvement and implementing training initiatives.
- Employee Engagement & Communication: Collaborate with city managers to boost employee recognition, connect activities, and facilitate regular check-ins.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience managing distributed teams, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent influencing and communication skills, with the ability to drive outcomes.
- Comfort working with HR data and maintaining detailed records.
