Job Title: Regional Sales Leader

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead and drive sales in the business loans segment through the direct selling vertical.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a network of direct selling agents, ensuring business growth, and achieving sales targets within the assigned region.

  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Drive sales of business loans through the direct selling channel.
    • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market penetration.
    • Identify and onboard new direct selling agents to expand the distribution network.
    • Ensure consistent business growth by maintaining strong relationships with direct selling agents and enhancing their productivity.
  • Team & Relationship Management:
    • Manage and support a team of sales officers/executives to achieve overall sales goals.
    • Conduct regular direct selling agent meetings, training, and performance reviews to ensure business efficiency.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, direct selling agents, and financial institutions.
  • Compliance & Process Management:
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies in loan sourcing and disbursal.
    • Monitor and manage loan applications, approvals, and disbursements to ensure timely processing.
    • Work closely with the credit and operations team to ensure smooth loan processing and minimal rejections.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy:
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the loan sector.
    • Develop innovative sales strategies to gain a competitive edge in the market.
    • Monitor competitor activities and recommend necessary actions to maintain business growth.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in personal/business loans sales, specifically in the direct selling vertical.
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, sales, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Network: Established connections with direct selling agents, financial institutions, and NBFCs.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM and sales tracking tools.
