Regional Sales Director Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our commercial sales team in the West and North regions.

This is a strategic leadership role requiring exceptional account targeting, proactive outreach, and relationship-building skills with key decision-makers to drive revenue growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Account Executives, collaborating with pre-sales engineers and solution architects, and leveraging our partner ecosystem to expand market reach.

To succeed in this role, you should have 10-15 years of experience in managing teams, meeting or exceeding sales quotas, and possessing consultative selling skills.

A strong understanding of RPA, AI/ML, and digital transformation concepts is desired, as well as experience with Salesforce or other leading CRM platforms.

  1. Lead the commercial sales team in the West and North regions to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  3. Manage a team of Account Executives to ensure they meet their sales quotas and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
  4. Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and solution architects to develop and deliver sales solutions that meet customer needs.
  5. Leverage our partner ecosystem to expand market reach and identify new business opportunities.
