Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in Housing Loan segment and possess excellent leadership skills.

  • Sales Target Achievement:
  • - Drive sales to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets in loan disbursements within the assigned area.
  • - Monitor and push the sales numbers and strive to exceed budgeted targets.
  • - Hire, mentor, and supervise a team of 8-10 Sales Managers or officers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • - Motivate team members and ensure their productivity and effectiveness in achieving sales and customer service goals.
  • Business Development:
  • - Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence in the assigned region.
  • - Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including Builders, channel partners, and Connectors/DSAs, to facilitate lead generation and business growth.
  • Sales Process & Compliance/Market Intelligence:
  • - Oversee the end-to-end loan process, from sourcing leads, customer acquisition, loan application, documentation, to final approval and disbursal.
  • - Ensure all sales and loan processes comply with organizational guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • - Work closely with other departments, such as credit, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and address customer needs.
  • - Gather market insights related to competitors, pricing, and customer demands in the housing segment.
