Role Description:

As the Regional Sales Director, you will lead sales operations within your designated region, driving growth strategies and ensuring market dominance. Your role will encompass acquiring, managing, and cultivating relationships with real estate developers and brokers. You will be tasked with achieving ambitious business targets, boosting net sales, and unlocking new revenue streams through our extensive array of product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop innovative annual and quarterly sales strategies to exceed targets and propel regional expansion.
- Recruit, mentor, and guide a high-performing team of Account Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Forge and nurture robust relationships with key clients and stakeholders, elevating customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and efficient issue resolution.
- Collaborate with product teams to shape and refine offerings based on market demands, ensuring seamless coordination among team members.
- Utilize your extensive experience in real estate or digital advertising, leveraging existing developer connections to enhance our market presence.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive dynamics to strategically position us for sustained success.

Requirements:

- At least 6 to 8 years of B2B or corporate sales experience required, with proven team handling experience.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong rapport with customers and stakeholders, and present effectively to executives and senior leadership.
- Strong networking acumen, particularly in the financial sector, to engage diverse client bases and achieve targeted goals.
- Demonstrates unwavering work ethics and professionalism, effectively developing self and team while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Results-oriented approach with a focus on effectively managing key account relationships.
- Demonstrated success in managing a minimum of ₹10-15 crore in monthly B2B sales.
- MBA in any discipline is required, with an MBA from a prestigious institution preferred.
