Key Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, with a focus on logistics and supply chain sectors.
- Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Deep understanding of logistics services, including freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation technologies, and supply chain management.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and communicate effectively across stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain (MBA preferred).
