As a Regional Business Manager, your primary objective is to drive store performance and growth by effectively managing teams, optimizing store operations, and fostering a culture of excellence. This role demands strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to adapt to changing market trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of Area Retail Managers (ARMs) to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all stores operate efficiently, with a focus on cost management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and develop strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
