Regional Support Officer

Gresham Global seeks a proactive, detail-oriented, and organised Regional Support Officer to join EHL's team in Mumbai. In this key role, you will support our Regional Representative in engaging with prospective students, managing recruitment activities, and building the presence of EHL in the region. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about education and student success to contribute to the growth of an international institution.

Key Responsibilities:Student Counselling: Guide prospective students through their educational journey, from initial inquiry to enrolment, offering advice and information on program offerings. Event Representation: Attend recruitment fairs, school visits, and other events to promote EHL's offerings, engage with future students, and enhance the institution's regional visibility. Follow-Up & Relationship Management: Maintain regular and proactive communication with prospective students, ensuring timely follow-up to foster engagement and conversion including cold calls.

Database Management: Keep accurate and organised records of student interactions, event leads, application progress, and follow-up activities. Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Regional Representative, ensuring smooth operations and efficient management of regional recruitment activities. Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably from Europe or the UK).3-5 years of experience working in student recruitment or a similar role with an international university.

Prior experience in student counselling, education events, or university recruitment is highly desirable. Passion for education, student success, and fostering international educational experiences. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.

Exceptional organisational and time management abilities. Analytical mindset with strong business acumen and critical thinking skills. Experience working with agents, local institutes, or recruitment partners is a plus.

Open to regional travel for recruitment fairs, events, and other student engagement initiatives. Skills and Competencies:Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present effectively to diverse audiences. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and adaptability. Experience in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
