Job Requirements

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a K12 Sales Strategy Manager. The ideal candidate should have:

  • MBA in Sales and Marketing.
  • Experience of acquiring/managing key clients in a B2B or Institutional Sales setup.
  • Experience, inclination, or interest in understanding the nitty-gritties of domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and implement sales generation initiatives.
  • Negotiate with client schools and non-client schools in the designated region.
  • Understand the operations management landscape of the travel business.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum, along with opportunities for growth and development.
