Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Community Outreach Manager to foster engagement and growth within our startup community. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Community Building: Develop and implement strategies to build and grow our startup community.
  2. Foster a sense of belonging and engagement amongst community members.
  3. Identify and connect with key influencers within the startup ecosystem.

Content Creation and Curation

  1. Create and curate content that resonates with the community, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates.
  2. Share relevant industry news, trends, and updates to keep the community informed.

Events Planning and Execution

  1. Organize and host events, both online and offline, to facilitate networking and collaboration among the community.
  2. Organize workshops, webinars, and meetups to provide value to community members.

Data Analysis

  1. Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of community initiatives.
  2. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and community engagement metrics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  1. Work closely with internal teams to align community activities and goals.
  2. Communicate community needs and insights to internal stakeholders.

Estimated Salary Range: ₹60,000 - ₹90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in community management, preferably in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and event planning abilities.
  • Familiarity with the startup ecosystem, including key players, trends, and challenges.
