Job Description

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a K12 Sales Strategy Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and implementing sales generation initiatives, while aligning them with our business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate, open, and close negotiations with client schools and non-client schools in the designated region.
  • Understand the operations management landscape of the travel business and use strategic insights from this understanding to negotiate with the client.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands our customer base and ensures a strong presence.
  • Own objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Requirements:

  • MBA in Sales and Marketing.
  • Experience of acquiring/managing key clients in a B2B or Institutional Sales setup.
  • Experience, inclination, or interest in understanding the nitty-gritties of domestic and international travel.
  • Sound analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to interpret and present business metrics.
  • A comprehensive understanding of sales management processes and techniques.

Estimated Salary: ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum.
