We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Sales Strategy and Operations to lead and scale the CRM.io Sales division. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills

Experience:

- 15+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership, operations, or executive roles within SaaS, CRM, or related technology industries, with a proven track record of scaling operations and driving revenue growth in B2B markets.

Skills:

- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strong understanding of CRM systems, sales processes, and go-to-market strategies.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders, including investors, partners, and enterprise customers.

- Deep knowledge of AI-driven CRM solutions is a strong advantage, along with hands-on experience with modern sales enablement tools and analytics platforms.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with an MBA preferred.
