The Role
This role involves driving growth and expanding our reach in the K9 and K12 education segments by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily outreach to 250 potential clients to connect, understand their needs, and recommend suitable courses.
- Regular site visits to establish a presence, create need, counsel, and close deals within Hyderabad.
- Maintaining positive client experiences from initial contact through enrolment.
- Counselling clients on the benefits of our courses, addressing concerns, and guiding informed decisions.
- Understanding client needs and challenges in the K9 and K12 segments and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Tracking progress in CRM tools, managing leads, and ensuring regular follow-ups for maximum client engagement.
- Staying updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
- Providing regular reports and updates to the management team on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets through proactive outreach and effective sales techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in Ed-tech.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the K9 and K12 education landscape and understanding of current trends and challenges.
Compensation Package
A competitive salary ranging from ₹2-5 LPA can be negotiated based on qualifications and performance.
