Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - K12 Schools

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced sales professional to manage and strategize sales generation and sales management initiatives for our K12 schools outreach program in the specified region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the student education travel business and be able to negotiate with client schools to achieve growth and hit sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coach sales representatives to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth and hit sales targets.
  • Negotiate with client schools to secure bookings and expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Requirements:

  • MBA in Sales and Marketing.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B or Institutional Sales setup.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Estimated Salary: ₹1,000,000 - ₹1,600,000 per annum based on qualifications and experience. Benefits include medical insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
