Job Summary:
The Franchise Manager will identify new business opportunities, evaluate competitive offerings, and lead franchisee onboarding activities for growth and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and assess high-potential regions for expansion.
2. Build networks with competitor franchisees and assess market offerings.
3. Conduct lead generation campaigns and drive closure of new partner agreements.
4. Drive business transition, account activation, and revenue growth from newly acquired franchisees.
5. Monitor and maintain franchise retention in line with organizational targets.
6. Identify opportunities within the existing network for further growth.
7. Encourage digital adoption among franchisees to reduce compliance risks and unauthorized trade complaints.
Key Requirements:
1. Proven experience in franchise development or channel sales with a strong understanding of stock broking.
2. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build and manage relationships.
3. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks applicable to the stock broking industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in the Stock broking industry is required.
2. Strong communication and presentation skills, analytical capabilities, and decision-making.
