Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically represent and sell franchise opportunities.
  • Provide guidance to entrepreneurs, identifying ideal franchise models that align with their investment objectives.
  • Negotiate and close franchise deals remotely across India.
  • Develop and maintain lasting client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in franchise sales with a proven track record of selling over 20 franchises.
  • Exceptional consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • A business-minded individual with a passion for revenue growth and proficiency in multiple business sectors.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory, plus proficiency in regional languages depending on the market.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Commerce, or related fields is preferred but secondary to sales performance.
