Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Business Development Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in agency sales and account management, with a strong focus on building and maintaining client relationships.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients, ensuring seamless communication and smooth campaign execution.
  • Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective marketing strategies, driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Manage end-to-end client servicing including campaign briefings, execution, reporting, and performance reviews, ensuring timely collection of payments and managing account profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (media, creative, strategy, and operations) to deliver high-quality campaigns on time, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Support new business development by participating in pitches, proposal creation, and presentations, staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital innovations.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in client servicing/account management with an advertising/creative/digital agency.
  • Must have hands-on agency sales/business development experience, with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines, with a strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and media planning.
