Job Title: Service Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Engineering Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues.

  • Support the technical experts in solving Service Now tasks, particularly with main bearing related tasks.
  • Be the document author for MSE owned documents in Teamcenter and Windchill.
  • Create and maintain failed component information and regularly update the Management about new potential serial defects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering or relevant field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Strong analytical and data manipulation skills in Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge in Teamcenter PLM, Windchill PLM, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite especially Word and Excel.
