Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in scheduling, modifying, and cancelling conferences and webcasts.">
  • Manage service mailboxes, create performance metrics, and resolve tickets related to AV and webcasting issues.">
  • Monitor support queues, escalate complex problems, and maintain training documentation.">

Video Call and Webcast Support:

  • ">
  • Ensure video endpoints are operational, manage incident response during active calls and webcasts, and troubleshoot issues.">
  • Prepare webcast events, monitor live events, and resolve any technical issues that may arise.">
  • Distribute recorded webcast sessions, coordinate technology scheduling, and report viewer metrics.">

Commissioning Services:

  • ">
  • Configure Cisco Video Conferencing Codecs and streaming encoders, test endpoints and network devices.">
  • Review configuration files, support commissioning and decommissioning of conference rooms, and conduct thorough testing.">

Application Support:

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for MS Teams, Miro, Vbrick, and other agreed-upon platforms.">
  • Collaborate with Product Engineers, escalate critical issues, and assist users with application usage.">

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in AV support, video conferencing, and webcast management.">
  • Familiarity with Cisco Video Codecs, VBrick Rev, and related AV/IT infrastructure.">
