Production Systems Specialist

This is a critical position for maintaining and enhancing our production systems. We require a highly skilled individual with excellent analytical skills to solve complex technical issues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Solve critical customer/field technical escalations using technical and analytical skills.
  • Work with the Engineering team to develop solutions for customer-reported problems.
  • Participate in daily scrum meetings to update the development team about ongoing escalations and their statuses.
  • Own highly technical customer escalations with clear expectations and timelines.
  • Build tools and techniques for Root Cause Analysis using data available on platform and code base.
  • Reduce time to resolve product issues by fixing them after RCA.
  • Provide timely updates to issue reporting teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 6+ years' experience in technical product support type role, preferably in escalations team.
  • Experience working as L3 escalation engineer taking care of complex customer issues.
  • Software development experience using Java technologies.
  • Good understanding and working experience of MySQL/MariaDB/RDBMS and database concepts.
  • Good understanding and working experience of Microservice architecture environments on AWS.
  • Experience troubleshooting and helping with root cause analysis for customer/support/field reported issue.
  • Passion, curiosity, integrity, and outstanding attention to detail while performing tasks.
  • Display a high attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Scripting; Splunk; network troubleshooting; REST API troubleshooting; Query database
