Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Technical Support Specialist to provide high-quality technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level technical assistance for desktop hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to Microsoft Outlook, including email configuration, synchronization, PST management, and more.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and basic software applications.
  • Utilize ticketing tools to log, track, and close IT support tickets in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and hardware/software installations as needed.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams for escalations or network-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of supported assets and ensure proper documentation of support tasks.
  • Offer remote or on-site support to end-users across various departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Outlook troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in Windows OS configuration & installation.
  • Working knowledge of ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar platforms.
  • Basic understanding of hardware and network troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
