Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals on a 24/7 basis
  • Monitor and respond to incidents via ticketing system within service level agreement timelines
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues as needed
  • Support users across different time zones and ensure minimal downtime through efficient issue resolution
  • Maintain logs of shift activities and handover reports for continuity
  • Collaborate with global IT teams for coordinated support and knowledge sharing
  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues both onsite and remotely
  • Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and applications as required
  • Respond to user tickets and resolve issues related to Windows, Mac, or Linux environments
  • Maintain logs of support requests, resolutions, and system updates for future reference
  • Assist in setting up new systems and user accounts
  • Collaborate with IT teams to escalate unresolved issues and improve overall support quality
  • Ensure timely updates and patches for systems and applications to maintain security and functionality
  • Train users on basic IT procedures and best practices
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with company policies
