We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
The Technical Support Specialist will provide exceptional customer service, troubleshoot technical issues, and document solutions for future reference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Identify and resolve technical issues using troubleshooting techniques and available resources
- Document all interactions with customers, including issue details, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proficient in English language, both verbal and written
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support environment
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
