HR Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR initiatives, including recruitment efforts, policy development, and employee onboarding.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Support the recruitment process to identify top talent for key positions
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among colleagues
- Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably Business Administration (BBA/MBA)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, with experience in data analysis and reporting
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong moral compass, with values of humility, honesty, transparency, integrity, and confidentiality
