About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager to lead NPST's efforts in expanding market presence, forging new banking alliances, and driving growth in merchant acquiring.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in establishing and growing alliances with banks and PA-PGs, with experience in merchant acquiring and the payments sector being highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Drive NPST's market presence in assigned regions and verticals.
  • Create and execute strategic plans to expand NPST's influence in the financial services ecosystem.
  • Banking Alliances: Establish and nurture alliances with PSBs, SFBs, RRBs, and other banking institutions.

What we are looking for:

  • A strong network of banking contacts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to present and articulate complex concepts.
  • Strong leadership qualities to manage cross-functional teams and high-level projects.

Industry - Fintech, Payments, Banking, BFSI (Not from Loans, Cards, NBFC etc). Work arrangement - Work from Home. Location - Chennai.
