Overview:

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced business professional who can acquire new clients in the GCC space, provide strategic oversight to existing clients, and cross-sell our services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales and account management, prior experience working with GCCs, and a proven track record of driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring new clients in the GCC space through strategic partnerships and account management.
  • Providing strategic oversight to existing clients, including customer advocacy and stakeholder engagement.
  • Cross-selling our services to existing clients, leveraging their existing relationships and network.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated sales and account management experience in the IT Services industry.
  • Prior experience working with Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
  • Expected experience of 10+ years.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong people skills, assertive, and ability to lead a team of internal and external stakeholders.

Location:

Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai

Business Related:

  • Has a comprehensive knowledge of commercial constructs and delivery organization of IT Services business.
  • Has sound and wide business knowledge related to contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and an understanding of current and emerging trends in this area and how they can enhance our value proposition.
  • Has an understanding of project management.
