Orcapod is an equal-opportunity employer with a strong bias for action and result orientation. We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth in the Global Capability Centers (GCC) space.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced business professional who can acquire new clients in the GCC space, provide strategic oversight to existing clients, and cross-sell our services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales and account management, prior experience working with GCCs, and a proven track record of driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Acquiring new clients in the GCC space through strategic partnerships and account management.
- Providing strategic oversight to existing clients, including customer advocacy and stakeholder engagement.
- Cross-selling our services to existing clients, leveraging their existing relationships and network.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated sales and account management experience in the IT Services industry.
- Prior experience working with Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
- Expected experience of 10+ years.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong people skills, assertive, and ability to lead a team of internal and external stakeholders.
Location:
Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai

Business Related:
- Has a comprehensive knowledge of commercial constructs and delivery organization of IT Services business.
- Has sound and wide business knowledge related to contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and an understanding of current and emerging trends in this area and how they can enhance our value proposition.
- Has an understanding of project management.
