Global Sales Growth Manager

This exciting role as a Business Development Manager with Amazon Services offers the chance to drive growth and shape strategy for small/medium sellers and large enterprises in India looking to sell globally.
As a key player, you'll help define key retailer segments to target, establish seller relationships, and drive day-to-day interactions to build long-term business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convey compelling value propositions to sellers of all sizes.
Responsibilities:
- Understand Amazon Services products and services and articulate its functions and benefits to external audiences.
- Help define the seller base and industry verticals we target and influence a sales plan that aligns with our global seller business direction.
- Work across internal stakeholders to set priorities and develop account targets that underpin category strategy and local market knowledge.
- Track and report performance using relevant metrics, achieving productivity and seller satisfaction targets.
- Engage with internal and external customers/teams to improve products and business processes.
- Identify specific prospects/partners, communicate their specific value proposition, and establish long-term successful partnerships.
- Work closely with senior executives at interested sellers to successfully negotiate deals and onboard them.
- Review and monitor performance and sales of key partners to manage their performance.
