Ozone Group is a leading architectural hardware and security solutions provider, with a strong presence in India and global markets. We are currently expanding our D2C platform, ozokart.com, to create a seamless shopping experience for customers.

As part of this growth phase, we are seeking a seasoned D2C Sales Growth Manager with 2-5 years of experience in managing external partners or agencies. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between internal goals and external agency execution, ensuring alignment and sales growth.

This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in performance marketing, retention marketing, SEO, and website performance management. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Sales Campaign Planning: Plan and execute monthly sales campaigns to drive revenue growth, including promotional events, discounts, and seasonal offers.
  • Agency Management: Coordinate with agencies handling performance marketing, retention marketing, SEO, and website performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.

The estimated salary for this position is ₹6,00,000 - ₹7,20,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Located in Gurgaon, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of your work and make a direct impact on the company's growth.
