We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Director to lead our D2C and eCommerce growth efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company, Nutrabay, that is revolutionizing the health and nutrition industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for our D2C and eCommerce channels.
- Oversight of all aspects of brand management, including brand positioning, messaging, and creative development.
- Lead a high-performing marketing team, delegating tasks effectively and providing mentorship.
- Set clear marketing goals and objectives, and track progress towards those goals using data and analytics.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies, and identify opportunities for Nutrabay to leverage them for growth.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, such as sales, product, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Minimum 8-15 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on D2C and eCommerce.
- Proven experience leading and managing a marketing team.
- P&L Management expertise.
- Proven experience in brand strategy, campaign development, and integrated marketing communications.
- Expertise in Omni Channel Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and attribution modeling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹40 lakhs - ₹60 lakhs, depending on qualifications and experience.
