Sales Growth Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales team and drive significant growth in the KPO/BPO sector. This role involves driving international sales initiatives within the financial services sector and developing strategic relationships that contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and build a high-performing sales team focused on international business development.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the KPO/BPO space.
- Gather and analyse business information to procure leads and expand the client base.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients, including hospitals, providers, and clinics.
- Prepare and write proposals, including RFIs and RFPs, and ensure timely submissions.
- Monitor deadlines and track the status of proposals post-submission.
- Conduct post-proposal debriefing sessions to evaluate processes and address issues.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to cross-sell services and increase revenue from existing accounts.
Salary Estimate: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum based on industry standards and location (Gurgaon).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in international sales within the financial sector.
- Comprehensive understanding of KPO/BPO business development processes.
- Established network within the KPO/BPO sector.
- Excellent research, negotiation, and communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.
- Strong analytical abilities and knowledge of business strategies.
