Global Client Growth Manager

Shipsy, a pioneering Global SaaS company in the Logistics tech space, is seeking an experienced Global Client Growth Manager to drive exponential growth and expansion of key customer relationships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic plans to enhance Customer NPS, revenue, and business success metrics for identified accounts. As a thought leader and problem solver, you will work closely with CXOs to identify new opportunities and build strong relationships with large global customers.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive business outcomes by landing new opportunities, growing existing key accounts, and building thought leadership through industry, product, and customer context knowledge. You will also contribute to the product roadmap by bringing back critical inputs from customers and understanding industry trends that can inform long-term product development.
This position requires excellent analytical skills, the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and a good first principle thinking approach. A BTech degree from a Tier 1 school is mandatory. The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
