Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Ad Sales Manager to drive ad revenue growth in the LATAM and SEA regions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive ad revenue in targeted markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base in target markets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored advertising solutions
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to optimize sales strategies
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in ad sales, specifically in the LATAM and SEA regions
  • Candidates should have proven experience in performance ad sales
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising, including programmatic, display, and social media
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish and/or other relevant languages is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. The company offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
