About the Role:
The Assistant Manager - Client Relations is a key position that plays a vital role in fostering strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with key client contacts, facilitating information sharing between AECC offices and clients, and proactively identifying and addressing client concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client contacts through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Communication: Provide regular updates and address client needs promptly, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
- Information Exchange: Facilitate information sharing between AECC offices and clients, promoting a culture of transparency and open communication.
Salary: ₹900,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the education industry, preferably international education, with a deep understanding of the market trends and developments.
