Client Relationship Specialist

In your role as Client Relationship Specialist at Cog Culture, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our clients' experiences. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.
As a seasoned professional in this field, your day-to-day tasks will include communicating with clients, coordinating projects, addressing client inquiries, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer-centric: Seek, process, and execute client requests and product orders.
- Goto Person: Provide all answers to queries regarding products/services, and direct them to the account manager if necessary.
- Pro at Functionality: Assist clients in using products and services, keeping them updated about new features launched.
- Coordinator: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of product orders/services.
Qualifications:
We are seeking an experienced professional with proven work experience as an Account Executive, Account Manager, or in a similar client-servicing role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities, and a proven ability to build and maintain positive client relationships. Strong organizational and time management skills are also essential. Experience in the advertising or creative industry is a plus.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
