Job Description:
We are seeking a Strategic Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Cog Culture. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about building strong relationships with clients and driving business growth.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include communicating with clients, coordinating projects, addressing client inquiries, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer-centric: Must seek, process, and execute client requests and product orders.
- Subject matter expert: Must have all answers to queries regarding products/services and processes and direct them to the account manager as needed.
- Project coordinator: Must coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of product orders/services.
- Analytics and reporting: Must maintain trackers and reports for client interaction, product/service usage, etc.
- Feedback and resolution: Collect feedback and resolve client complaints.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven work experience as an Account Executive, Account Manager, or in a similar client-servicing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- The ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- The ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
