We are a consulting firm seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Manager to drive our business expansion strategy. This role will focus on identifying and negotiating strategic partnerships, developing business plans, and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
Salary: ₹1500000 - 2000000 per annum
Job Responsibilities
- Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
- Develop proposals, pitches, and presentations for prospective partners and clients.
- Work collaboratively with technical teams to achieve project delivery targets.
- Strategic Alliances & Partnerships:
- Negotiate terms and agreements for partnerships and alliances.
- Draft and manage partnership contracts and agreements in collaboration with legal teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners.
- Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute business development strategies that align with the company's long-term goals.
- Identify risks and opportunities associated with new partnerships.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or related field.
- Proven track record of developing and managing high-value partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
