Job Title: Strategic Account Growth Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic account plans for long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by nurturing existing relationships and identifying new opportunities.
  • Understand customer business needs to position automation solutions effectively.
  • Develop and execute account plans to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with technical and customer success teams to drive engagement.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 12-16 years of enterprise software sales experience.
  • Proven success in selling to large enterprise clients, particularly IT/ITes clients.
  • Strong skills in account planning and multi-product strategy.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience in application sales (ERP/CRM) is a plus.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-moving environment.
