We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Strategic Client Partner to strengthen and grow our relationships with large enterprise clients in the domestic market.
Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer success and growth initiatives.
- Drive revenue expansion through targeted account management strategies, focusing on upselling, cross-selling, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and decision-makers, fostering trust and collaborative business outcomes.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales/account management, with a proven track record of driving growth and revenue expansion.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex client relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving measurable business outcomes.
- Strong skills in account planning, relationship building, and strategic partnership development, with a keen understanding of the dynamics between business objectives and customer needs.
