Job Title: Director of Sales Growth

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team at Worldline, driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets and track sales statistics/forecasts for periodic reviews.
  • Enhance Worldline Wallet Share in the assigned accounts and cross-sell/up-sell other products to clients in the portfolio.
  • Hunt for new logo and onboard new merchants as well as look out for new partners for strategic alliances.
  • Share knowledge on new products and enhancements to customers and participate in continued education to learn about new account management techniques.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for customers in the portfolio and develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives clearly to customers.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science/Commerce, MBA/PGDBM preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years experience in Key Account management/handling government accounts in banks/payment services companies.
  • Strong leadership, project management, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers, stakeholders, and teams.
  • Sales and Marketing skills for product strategies, pricing, and market share expansion.
  • Business Development skills to segment the target market, gather intelligence, and identify opportunities.
  • Commercial awareness and analytical skills for applying financial principles to business thinking.
