- a minimum 0-6 years of relevant experience in sales or marketing for Software or SaaS products

We are seeking a talented Lead Generation Specialist who excels in quick sales cycles. An inside sales representative will play a pivotal role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable communicating the product value proposition, handling inbound and outbound leads, and navigating the sales funnel.
This individual will be responsible for initiating, nurturing, and following through on leads from acquisition to close via multiple channels and touchpoints - social media, LinkedIn, targeted ads, email campaigns, and direct email communication. They will collaborate closely with the marketing team and senior leadership of the sales organization.
As part of a fast-growing software company in the area of cloud, SaaS, and iPaaS, you will have ample opportunities to take on bigger roles and grow with the company.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Prospecting, educating, qualifying, and developing sales-ready leads and opportunities from marketing-generated leads and outbound campaigns, including cold calling
- Engaging and qualifying Target account leads to create a pipeline for Account Executives, resulting in an average of 30-50 meetings per month with prospective clients
- Researching target accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest
- Maintaining control of conversations, objection handling, and qualifying opportunities
- Passionately and clearly articulating the value and benefit of the product to the prospective audience
- Asking questions to uncover issues with a prospect's current business processes and how RoboMQ products can help create value
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- SDR, Inside Sales, Sales Development Representative, Prospecting, SaaS Sales, Sales, Inbound Calling, Outbound Calling, Inbound Marketing, LinkedIn Prospecting, Lead Generation
- A firm understanding of content marketing, pre-sales, and/or sales activities for software companies
- A firm understanding of how to qualify buyer interest and identify target customers
- The ability to express complex technology use cases in simple, coherent language
- A team-player attitude with a strong desire to help improve internal processes beyond just daily tasks
- Aptitude to grasp technology and be comfortable working with technical teams
- A pleasant and charming personality with the ability to engage prospective customers through various mediums
- Strong English language skills in verbal and written communication
- Experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM and other sales and marketing tools and technologies
- Creative, inventive, and out-of-the-box thinking
- A strong desire to pursue a challenging career in SaaS sales
- Bachelor's or master's degree preferably in science, humanities, literature, or marketing
