At RoboMQ, we're looking for a talented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating, nurturing, and following through leads from acquisition to close via multiple channels and touchpoints - social media, LinkedIn, targeted ads, email campaigns, and direct communication.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be comfortable communicating the product value proposition, handling inbound and outbound leads, and working through the sales funnel. You should also be able to engage and qualify target account leads, resulting in an average of 30-50 meetings per month with prospective clients.

You'll be part of a fast-growing software company in the area of cloud, SaaS & iPaaS, offering ample opportunities for career growth and development. We're looking for a team player with a strong desire to help improve internal processes beyond just day-to-day tasks.

If you have experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM and other sales and marketing tools, that's a plus A Bachelor's or Master's degree in science, humanities, literature, or marketing is also preferred.

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,400,000, depending on your experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop sales-ready leads and opportunities
  • Engage and qualify target account leads
  • Maintain control of conversations and objection handling
  • Articulate the value and benefit of our products to prospective audiences

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A firm understanding of content marketing, pre-sales, and/or sales activities for software companies
  • A firm understanding of how to qualify buyer interest and identify target customers
  • Strong English language skills in verbal and written communication
  • Experience working with technical teams
  • A pleasant and charming personality
  • Strong desire to pursue a challenging career in SaaS sales
