Job Description
We are seeking a talented Lead Generation Specialist who thrives in quick sales cycles. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable communicating the product value proposition, handling inbound and outbound leads, and navigating the sales funnel.
This individual will be responsible for initiating, nurturing, and following through on leads from acquisition to close via multiple channels and touchpoints - social media, LinkedIn, targeted ads, email campaigns, and direct communication. They will work closely with the marketing team and senior leadership of the sales organization.
You will have ample opportunities to take bigger roles and grow with the company as part of a fast-growing software company in the area of cloud, SaaS, and iPaaS.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop sales-ready leads and opportunities from marketing-generated leads and outbound campaigns, including cold calling.
- Engage and qualify target account leads to create a pipeline for our Account Executives, resulting in an average of 30-50 meetings per month with prospective clients.
- Maintain control of conversations, handle objections, and qualify opportunities.
- Passionately and clearly articulate the value and benefits of our product to prospective audiences.
- Ask questions to uncover issues with a prospect's current business processes and how RoboMQ products can help create value.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary and performance-linked bonus incentives. The estimated annual salary range for this position is ₹8-12 lakhs (INR) based on location and experience.
