Sales Enablement Strategist

The RoleYou will play a critical role in equipping our Sales, Presales & SDR teams with the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to excel. As the Sales Enablement executive, you will be a strategic partner to the Sales Leadership team, developing and implementing comprehensive enablement programs that drive pipeline generation, shorten sales cycles, and maximize revenue attainment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive Sales Enablement strategy aligned with overall business goals.
- Create impactful training content for Sales, Presales & SDR teams, covering product knowledge, sales methodologies, negotiation tactics, and objection handling.
- Design and curate sales collateral, playbooks, and other resources for ongoing learning and reference.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in Sales Enablement.
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams to ensure alignment between enablement programs and marketing messaging, product capabilities, and ongoing product development.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in Pre-Sales of 3+ years in the MarTech space.
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Technical Sales, or 3+ years in a customer IT/Creative role within a Martech SAAS set.
- A consultative approach to comprehend business gaps and propose appropriate solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey intricate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive training materials.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales technology tools is a plus.
- Passion for sales and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
