Cloud SaaS Sales Representative

RoboMQ, a leading API and data integration company, is seeking an exceptional Cloud SaaS Sales Representative to join our team.
As a Cloud SaaS Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will be responsible for initiating, nurturing, and following through leads from acquisition to close via multiple channels and touchpoints - social media, LinkedIn, targeted ads, email campaigns, and direct communication. This individual will work closely with the marketing team and senior leadership of the sales organization.
We are looking for a talented and competitive Lead Generation Specialist that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The ideal candidate must be comfortable communicating the product value proposition, handling inbound and outbound leads, and working through the sales funnel. This person will be responsible for prospecting, educating, qualifying, and developing sales-ready leads and opportunities from marketing-generated leads and outbound campaigns, including cold calling.

Key responsibilities include:
- Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop sales-ready leads and opportunities
- Engage and qualify target account leads to create a pipeline for Account Executives, resulting in an average of 30-50 meetings per month with prospective clients
- Research target accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
- Maintain control of a conversation, objection handling, and qualify the opportunity
- Passionately and clearly articulate value/benefit of the product to the prospective audience
- Ask questions to uncover issues with a prospect's current business processes and how RoboMQ products can help create value
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A firm understanding of content marketing, pre-sales, and/or sales activities for software companies
- A firm understanding of how to qualify buyer interest and identify target customers
- Experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce or similar CRM and other sales and marketing tools and technologies
- A creative, inventive, and out-of-box thinker with a strong desire to pursue a challenging career in SaaS sales
