About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cloud and SaaS Sales Professional to join our team at RoboMQ. In this role, you will play a critical part in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales development representative to thrive in a quick sales cycle environment. As an Inside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for initiating, nurturing, and following through leads from acquisition to close via multiple channels and touchpoints. You will work closely with our marketing team and senior leadership of the sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop sales-ready leads and opportunities from marketing-generated leads and outbound campaigns, including cold calling.
  • Engage and qualify target account leads to create a pipeline for our Account Executives, resulting in an average of 30-50 meetings per month with prospective clients.
  • Research target accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 0-4 years of relevant experience in sales or marketing for software or SaaS products. You must be comfortable working with team members in a highly interactive environment and interacting with technical members of the product team as well as the inbound marketing team on a regular basis.

You should have a firm understanding of content marketing, pre-sales, and/or sales activities for software companies, as well as the ability to express complex technology use cases in simple coherent language.

A pleasant and charming personality, strong English language skills in verbal and written communication, and the ability to engage prospective customers through various mediums are essential.
