We are seeking a talented Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at HomeLane.
Company Overview:

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹12,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 based on location and experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and establish strong relationships with prospects.
- Owning the experience given every prospective customer from their first interaction with us.
- Achieving sales targets by working with a talented group of interiors designers.
- Being proactive about solving problems and taking on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
- Sharing our passion and commitment for serving customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
