**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies based on current trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies based on current trends
  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
  • Identify potential clients and decision-makers within the client organization
  • Research and build relationships with new clients
  • Plan approaches and pitches
  • Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives

Requirements:

  • MBA or any postgraduate degree with relevant experience
  • 8+ years of experience with at least 5 years' experience in Solution Sales
  • Strategic Orientation, good networking ability, change management, problem-solving skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
  • Excellent track record with revenue targets and client accounts, experience securing large contracts

Salary: ₹60,00,000 - ₹80,00,000 per annum (estimated)
