We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Business Development Manager to join our team at Muthoot Finance. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the sales efforts in the BFSI sector, driving business growth and revenue expansion.

Estimated Salary: ₹2,70LPA CTC + Variables (for Metro Cities) and ₹2,04LPA CTC to ₹2,35 LPA CTC + Variables (for Non-Metro Cities)

About the Job:

  • As a Key Account Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing key relationships with clients in the BFSI sector.
  • You will need to have a deep understanding of the industry trends, customer needs, and market dynamics to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
  • This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively pitch our products and services to potential clients.
  • You will also be responsible for analyzing market data and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition and make informed decisions about our sales strategy.
  • In addition, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and effective delivery of our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handling Sales & Operation At Branch of banking & NBFC products to Customers.
  2. Prospecting and identifying new leads and pitching to the customers at Branch.
  3. Providing client service to existing customers. They are required to manage all aspects of customer relationships.
  4. Corporate sales to get premium and HNI clients.
  5. Strategizing & implementing ways to achieve sales targets.
  6. Competencies and Skills Required.
  7. Communication skills (Regional Language with Basic English).
  8. Pleasing and positive attitude.
  9. Confidence and Presentation skills.
  10. Analysing skills.
  11. Good sales and negotiation skills.
