As an Advanced Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our customers via phone, email, or chat. You will possess advanced troubleshooting capabilities, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and conduct code reviews to identify and resolve underlying issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 4+ years of experience in Technical Support or a related field. You should have demonstrated proficiency in SQL for data retrieval and analysis, familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA) and other support tools, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, and willingness to take on on-call responsibilities as required.
