Key Bid Specialist Role

Timely and high-quality bid submissions play a vital part in business growth. As a Bid Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process for government and enterprise RFPs/RFIs/RFQs. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, attention to detail, and an understanding of complex technical offerings in the analytics domain.

The key responsibilities of this position include leading the full bid lifecycle, coordinating with internal teams to gather accurate content, pricing, and compliance information, analyzing tender documents, and developing high-impact proposal content tailored to customer needs.

  • Manage the entire bid process from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure accurate and compliant bid submissions.
  • Analyze tender documents to identify key requirements and winning themes.
  • Develop compelling proposal content that meets customer needs.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, 5–8 years of experience in bid management, preferably in the IT/Data Analytics/SaaS domain, and a proven track record of winning complex bids and tenders.

The successful Bid Specialist will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, exceptional project management abilities, and the ability to understand technical product offerings and convert them into compelling proposals.

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in bid management.
  • Proven track record of winning complex bids and tenders.
